Item orders will be shipped out the next day, by Canada Post, if you would like it to arrive the next day you can phone in your order and ask about our next day shipping rates.
We will accept the return of product in their original condition if the following conditions are met:
Call customer service Include your receipt (packing slip) and completed returns form. Return within 30 days of delivery date.

Returns made to Horizon Marketing will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
